Configuration and customization
The vehicles can be configured with:
- Flat or gooseneck frame.
- Custom Fifth-wheel height depending on your truck
- BPW or SAF brand axles with load capacity up to 12 tons per axle and with self-steering axles.
- Air suspension.
- Hot dip galvanizing treatment which ensures high resistance to corrosive agents and an extension of the life of the frame.
- Loading surface with embossed or perforated sheet metal, wood or rubber to improve adherence.
- Manual or hydraulic rear ramps with widening or narrowing option.
- Aluminium containment sides on the perimeter.
- Anchor rings and hooks.
- Lowering with inserts.
- Remote control for safe remote use of movements
- Independent hydraulic system with electric pump or powered by the tractor PTO pump.
- Lifting axles according to the load.
- Hydraulic steering system with radio control to facilitate manoeuvres.
- Spreaders with support tables to extend the loading surface.
- Electric or hydraulic winches up to 15 tons remotely controlled by radio control.
- Hydraulic moving floor.
- Rollbar on the front with tool drawers and work lights.
- On-board computer for checking the weight loaded on the axles, choice of travel heights and diagnostics of the brake / suspension system.
- Signaling kit for lateral overside loads with tables, lights and beacon lights.
- Twist-lock for containers from 10 to 40 feet.
- Exte pilars or poles.
- Automatic centralized greasing system.
- Mounting of hydraulic cranes.
