Configuration and customization
They can be configured with:
- BPW or SAF brand axles with drum brakes and self-steering axle depending on the configuration.
- Hot dip galvanizing treatment that ensures high resistance to corrosive agents and an extension of the life of the frame.
- Custom fifth-wheel height depending on your truck.
- Double hydraulic rear ramp capable of lifting up to 18 tons to a horizontal position to facilitate access into the semitrailer.
- Hydraulic movable platform in the central area, lifting capacity up to 20 tons.
- Sliding side curtains with customized graphic print.
- Sliding side columns.
- Option to extend the side covers (in case of oversized load).
- Expandable rear pillars to increase cargo space in width up to 3 meters.
- Roof with manual cover / uncover system and hydraulically raised up to 5.5 meters from the ground to facilitate loading and unloading operations.
- Roof mounted airbag system to prevent ice sheets.
- Electric or hydraulic winch encased into the neck, 5 to 10 tons pulling capacity.
- Remote control for safe remote use of all movements.
- Independent hydraulic system with electric pump or powered by the tractor PTO pump.
- Hydraulic steering system with radio control to facilitate maneuvers (2-axle version only).
- Liftable axle with automated system according to the load.
- On-board computer for checking the weight loaded on the axles, choice of travel heights and diagnostics of the brake / suspension system.
- Signaling kit for lateral overside loads with tables, lights and beacon lights.
- Automatic centralized greasing system.
